The vibrational distribution of CS^+(B) has a peak at v'=1 or 2 for both reactions. The average fraction of the total excess energy deposited into vibration of CS^+(B) was estimated to be≤13%, indicating that almost all excess energy is partitioned into the relative translational energy of the products. The higher vibrational excitation than the statistical predict...... to conclude that CS^+(B) is for......lived intermediates.
